This brief course introduces the eight quality management principles that, when correctly integrated, will enable your organization to systematically provide customers with the kind of experience that will make them come back for more.
This course will help you understand the management principles that form the basis of the ISO 9000 series of standards, and may support a fact based decision about going further in the road to quality.
We will review some common organizational problems, and will explore how to make better decisions using the eight quality management principles.
