I will continue introducing grammar concepts to help us construct sentences. We will buid on what we learnt in the previous 5 sessions.

There is a slight difference between written polished Hindi and colloquial Hindi. We will be learning Conversational only in these sessions. Come prepared with a headphone and mic. You will be required (read forced) to speak from class 1

This class is for students who have attended Beginners 1 Or if you pass the pre-test. Send me an e-mail to request the pre-test for 1B.

In these sessions I teach conversational aspect only with no knowledge of devanagari script used for Hindi.

Should/shouldn’t I Join?

1. If you learnt some Hindi on your own and are not so sure about the placement of subject, object, verb in a Hindi sentence, then you are at the right place.
   
2. If you have the advantage of hearing Hindi (at home /work) but are tongue tied when it comes to speaking, then this class is for you.
   
3. You never wanted to learn the script but only Conversational Hindi. I hear you and that is why this class is created. Just for you to join. Believe me a good place to start.

With this session you will be adding on to your vocab and conversational Hindi.

Students who participate in these 6 sessions can enroll in the next level of 6 sessions.
Every session, you will also be working on increasing your vocabulary. After all, we all want to understand Bollywood movies without reading the sub-tittles!

Every student will get ‘talking’ time to practice new words, rules and sentences. Precisely that is why no more than 5 students are allowed in this class.

Classes available for groups smaller than 6 also. Please inquire.

New Twist
This will be 1.5 hr class. The last half hr. Students will have the option to stay back and be paired with each other in dift. ‘online rooms’ to practice conversation without teacher presence.
