In this intermediate French class, I will first review with the students the regular “er” , “ir”, “re” verbs in the simple present tense (présent de l’indicatif) to make sure that they remember.
Once I am sure that the students are ready to move on to something more difficult, we will work on the simple past (passé composé), certain verbs are conjugated with “ être” and others are conjugated with “avoir”.
