> Fundamental project management (PM) concepts & values
> 10 key actions teams must take to manage projects effectively
> Essential PM tools (worksheets, templates, checklists, etc.)
> Specific project team-building strategies
> Techniques for creating more inspired, motivated project teams
Resources provided include links to related online references & PDF documents, as well as selections from my new ebook:
“The Project Management Minimalist: Just Enough PM to Rock Your Projects!” Check out this book at:

NOTE: You don’t need to purchase the ebook to attend this class. However, since the class is fast-paced and filled with content, you are likely to get more from the session if you have spent time reviewing the entire ebook.
40 Pages of Handouts (2 PDF files) will be provided:
> 20-page PDF with tools, worksheets, etc.
> 20-page PDF with copies of PowerPoint visuals
====== Please check out my background info and videos at: http://edufire.com/michaelgreer In particular, note that there’s a link to an extended (7 min) YouTube video on my Background in the Credentials section ======
NOTE: This class provides some of the content from my two-day, customizable, on-site course titled: “The Inspired Project Teams Workshop.” To learn more about that course, check out this PDF:

No project management experience or formal classes in project management are required to attend this class. It is aimed at new or part-time project managers. And the PDF files provided will cover most of what is presented in class.
Two things that might help you get more from the class are:
1) Pre-reading the ebook, “The Project Management Minimalist: Just Enough PM to Rock Your Projects!” You can review the table of contents and samples from this ebook (and purchase the entire 85-page ebook) at:
http://michaelgreer.biz/?page_id=636
2) Reviewing and thinking deeply about your own project management experiences:
a) What has worked well for you in your work on formal project teams, and
b) What hasn’t worked so well… what you’d like to improve.
