Esperanto is a language designed to be as easy to learn as possible. It was created in 1887 and has survived many trials. It has even developed its own culture. Today Esperanto is spoken by several million people in all major cities of the world, who communicate freely on an equal basis using this neutral language.

This class will give you an overview of the entire language – including the complete grammar, which is quite un-European. You will also learn at least 50 words of Esperanto vocabulary.

There are a lot of arguments about Esperanto – give it one hour, see for yourself and THEN make up your mind.

Note: this is not the same as the first lesson I taught the other day.

Student requirements:
- fluent English
- punctual appearance in class
