…yes, I know the difference between Gorillas and guerrillas – but it got you to click on this class, right? Anyways…
I love my job. It’s a dream come true. I get to do all of the things I love doing: Marketing, Blogging, Networking, and even use my Japanese major a bit. Most people graduate from school, be it high school or college and get stuck somewhere they don’t want to be. Most people settle for something outside of their major, or even worse, something they hate doing (even if it’s within their major). I want to help you achieve your dreams right now, and I’ll show you some ways you can do it. It won’t be easy, and it won’t be instantaneous, but all of you can do it. If you’re a student, you can get started right now. If you’ve been working somewhere you hate for 30 years, you can also get started right now. Here’s what we’ll be talking about:
-Why the resumé is dead, and what is going to replace it.
-Why you should start a blog
-Using Twitter to find a job
-Becoming an expert, even if you don’t feel like one
-How to be remarkable
I’ll also stick around after class and try to answer all your (hopefully not) hard-hitting questions :)
If you have an unhappy friend, too, don’t forget to share the love with them! If you don’t have any unhappy friends, share this on Facebook or Twitter using the links below!

Marzia said: OK, my dream job... I have many, and cannot decide. The main ones...
- To teach
- To write a book / some stories
A good compromise is to work with words in whatever way, and I am doing it. This is why I haven't changed job! :)
In the past years one of my dreams was to be work as a graphic designer or similar, but it doesn't appeal me that much any more.
I suppose my true dream is to make people happy and to improve a bit the environment. I want to make the world a better place!
I suppose you must invent a new class... to FIND what is my dream job. People could discuss about MY dream job for ages, without getting to an end. posted over 2 years ago

Erik said: My dream job is to work as an entrepreneur, with freedom to work as I choose, whenever and wherever, and currently that's what I've set my sights on as the job I will doing instead of it just being a dream. Of course I haven't nearly defined exactly what that should be yet, like what kind of product I will be selling, how and if I can get that freedom that I want, or how to get out to my customers in a good way but that is exactly why I'm taking this class since it might give me some ideas on how to get started with a blog and so on. I'm looking forward to it! posted over 2 years ago

"Jamila" said: Dream Job(s): inspire positive intercultural relationships through...
1. International travel 2. Partaking in international cuisine while meeting local people...similar to what Anthony Bourdain does on his show 'No Reservations' (link below)...doing so alone 1st, then w/ groups, with the added bonus of doing outdoor activities together and on solo excursions...because I would have taught everyone the local language & culture. And last but definitely, of equal importance... 3. Learning & performing local dances.
