I can teach you the simple rules for buying any type of food from any store.

Let me make eating healthy a clear and simple part of your life rather than frustrating and confusing, as it is for many people.

I’ve been studying health and nutrition for 4 years. And instead of just focusing on calories as many nutritionists tend to do, I have studied chemistry and can relate it to the aspects of nutrition I can teach you about.

If he has a headset and mic, that may also do for the classes. he may take a few classes like that until he gets the webcam. And if the webcam is important, then he should have scheduled the classes for a later date when he would be having the webcam.  posted 4 months ago

    Antonio said: Thanks for the comments everyone. I will go with Swarna's idea. I am also moving the class time to 12am EDT (from 1am EDT). This means that the Tuesday June 30th class at 12am EDT and also the class that starts today (Monday) at 1am is cancelled.
    Sorry for all this mess!! It has been a busy transition here at school, but my difficult classes are over and I now have more time. The webcam issue did not help. I gave up for a while at that poiint.
