Real practical ideas for increasing your fluency now are revealed in this Japanese class for all levels. Believe it or not there are things that textbooks and native speakers won’t teach you.
In each of these 12 lessons you’ll learn something that you can apply immediately, something that will make you appear more confident and fluent in Japanese.
How about these ideas just for starters?
Borrowing back from the Japanese – There are literally thousands of Japanese loan words, borrowed from English and other languages. Use them to expand your vocabulary with words you already know.
Masters of miniaturisation – Many things in Japan start out big and get small, words and phrases are no different! Knowing what you can shorten, and sometimes leave out, will increase your speed and vocabulary.
Soup it up with spare parts – “Would you pass me the thingamyjig”, “The what?” “It’s a word you use when you don’t know the right one!”. There are lots of things you don’t know, but that shouldn’t slow you down. Hack your vocabulary with this ura-waza.
These are just a few of the secrets that I’ve learned over the years to become fluent in Japanese. I don’t want to give them all away on the class page, the lessons are free anyway, so register now and put these ideas into practice.
ps. I’m heading to Japan in February, I’m just trying to work out if I’ll be able to offer lessons while I’m over there. I’ll be back, better than ever to teach you more language hacks.
