  I am going to leave a feedback that may seem cruel, but really isn't. Due to technical issues the class started 20 minutes late. My first reaction was to feel sorry for Marco - he's the ultimate professional online tutor and the fact that students were inconvenienced must trouble him greatly. But then my selfish, self-centered side took over and I thought, “I AM SO GLAD IT HAPPENED!!!” Why? Well, usually a tutor will TELL us what to do when disaster happens. In this situation, we all got to see a perfect blueprint in how to handle major technical difficulties through Marco’s actions - give an explanation to your students; apologize for the inconvenience, and then get down to the business of teaching. Those patient enough to wait do so because they value your knowledge and realize the opportunity to learn from you is worth the minor inconvenience.   Though there were some technical problems with the internet connection at the beginning, Marco managed to conduct a superb class, demonstrating all the teaching possibilitesi and tools on Edufire, engaging all the studenrts to try them.
