Can't say enough great things. Great printable wkbk, great conversation in class, get your questions answered whether it's about the topic being taught or about something else. Fun class! Posted by Rilitsa on Tuesday Sep 22

There are so many tools offered and very helpful ones at that. I have learned alot so far because of everything that was offered on top of the class itself. Posted by Mauro on Monday Aug 3

Brett is an absolutely wonderful teacher who takes time to cover important topics and answer his students questions. His lessons are easy to understand, and he explains the topics that aren't clear to a student. Brett is a totally awesome teacher. I definitely recommend taking his classes if you are a beginner in Japanese. Posted by Jocy on Thursday May 28

Brett, Facilitates a very interactive classroom for all who are willing to participate. Brett is such a great teacher always has a pleasant smile to greet you with. He takes his time to really make sure you know what your saying and corrects in a positive manner if you are wrong. I highly recommend his classes here on Edufire. He seems very passionate for teaching and is willing to go that extra mile for his students. Thank you Brett. Melanie Posted by Melanie on Thursday Jun 4

I find the face to face (virtually) interaction between Brett and the students to be very useful in learning. Hearing the language spoken by several people is great! Brett is a very patient and good teacher, and a nice guy too! The level and pace are good for those who have no experience with Japanese, plus very useful kinds of speech and phases are taught. I highly recommend Brett and Rainbowhill's Japanese for Absolute Beggingers. Posted by Barbara on Sunday Jul 5

This was my very first class ever taken on eduFire. Brett and the other students made me feel so welcomed. The orientation went really well and Brett explained everything great. I feel so much more confident in my studying after this class. I would definitely recommend studying with Brett Fyfield to anyone who is considering taking up Japanese or wanting to become better at it. Posted by Sophie on Wednesday Apr 15

Brett tries always to help people in class. And the material for the lesson is always downloadable. I suggest this class to true beginners, it could be a bit too slow for people that are a bit confident with Japanese. But it's a class for absolute beginners, so... Nice shot, Brett! First off, the classes are friendly, there's no pressure of whatsoever, so basically, you kinda like enjoy the whole thing and u learn at the same time, you'll be surprise with what we can learn here, thanks Brett-sensei for all your help. Sadly because of new time table I couldnt make it to most of Brett-sensei classes and I regret it, I do hope in future, i could join you again. Arigatou Posted by Jeremy on Wednesday Apr 22

You definitely need to take Brett's Japanese for Absolute beginners (not the continued version) if you like a relaxed classroom, and student-directed learning. There are no wrong questions. Brett, or other helpful classmates will always take the time to give it a go - just like you're encouraged to. Posted by Michelle on Tuesday Mar 31

I am sorry but even if your lesson was for beginners you had already did 4/5 lessons before the one I followed and I did not understand too much and I was forced to disconnect. Hope you will do it again in the near future. Thanks. Dario Posted by Dario on Friday Apr 10

Brett is extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and inspiring. After only one session(which I even joined a few sessions into the class), what I saw as a nearly impossible monumental feat on my own, feels like it might be attainable after all. Thank Posted by Scott on Thursday Jan 15

If the times for this class don't suit you may I suggest some other Japanese classes, or perhaps a one to one session with me, I would be more than happy to teach you in a private session.  posted about 1 month ago
