Avinash Kaushik is the author of Web Analytics 2.0 and the best selling book, Web Analytics: An Hour A Day. He is also the Analytics Evangelist for Google and the co-founder of Market Motive Inc.
Avinash has written extensively about what it takes to be a Web Analyst out there in the real world. Instead of focusing on buzzwords like multi-channel attribution, multivariate testing, and closed-loop marketing, he tackles problems from a customer-centric point of view.
