In this class we will explore the facts and myths about Dairy and protein. How much protein do we really need and do we really need to drink milk to get enough calcium. If you experience any type of inflammation you will want to take this class and learn how to greatly reduce the inflammation in your body and sometimes eliminate pain caused by inflammation. Handouts and recipes will be provided via upload for you to reference.
**Please note: I reserve the right to cancel any class up to 2 hrs ahead of schedule if there are not at least 2 participants enrolled. So bring a buddy and you are all set.
