About Class
If you were on a desert island and could only listen to four classical composers, who would you choose?
This class will introduce you to four classical composers. You will learn about their lives, some of their compositions and why I think they are important.
This is the perfect class for those that are new to or want to learn about classical music. Classical musical veterans are naturally also welcome to this class.
Syllabus
Week 1 – Johann Sebastian Bach
Week 2 – Giacomo Puccini
Week 3 – Jean Sibelius
Week 4 – Heitor Villa-Lobos
Prerequisites
A love of and curiosity about music.
