To form the present continuous tense:
present continuous tense = present tense of verb to be + base form of the verb + ing
Singular
First Person - I am eating.
Second Person - You are eating.
Third Person - He, She, It is eating.
Plural
First Person - We are eating.
Second Person - You are eating.
Third Person - They are eating.
