today i am going to introduce a personality agreed by many historians, eastern and western, american and nonamerican to be the man who changed the history of the middle east and the arabs, if not the whole wolrd. his name is Mohamad the prophet of Islam, may the peace and mercy of the Almighty Allah be upon him. he was born in mecca , saudi arabia, on monday, august 12,569 AD. He was honest, trustworthy and truthful, his father died when he was in his mother's womb. His mother died when he was few month old. So, he was raised by his uncle. He got married at the age of 25 by a wealthy woman named khadija, may Allah be pleased with her. At the age of 40, he got the revelation from the creator of heavens and earth, the Almighty Allah himself. He continued to receive the revelation for the following 23 years until his death 632 AD. These revelation were collected later on after his death by one of his followers and that is known today as the glorious qur’an or the holy qur’an, the holy book of the Muslims and thier constitution. The holy qur’an is the size of the new testament, and it speaks about the creation of heavens and earth, the 2 kingdoms after death, the kingdom of God or heaven and the kingdom of Satan or hellfire. It contains commandments and recommendations to be done by the believers to live happy in this life and in the life to come. Mohamad was born among ignorant , corrupted, satanic society. His society was a group of drunkard, idolaters, murderers, and liars. During his 23 years of revelation, he transformed the whole of the Arabian peninsula from different fighting tribes into one nation under God, one power. He converted the population of the Arabian peninsula from paganism to the worship of one God or monotheism, the worship of the Almighty Allah the creator of heavens and earth, blessed and glorified be his name. After his death 632 AD, his followers, inspired by his teaching and by the holy qur’an started to spread the word of Allah all over the ancient world. By the end of the ninth century, the whole of the Mediterranean sea was a Moslem sea. Islam spread to Spain, south of France, china, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Iran, some Russian states, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Chechnya, turkey, Albania, Bosnia, Cyprus, parts of Yugoslavia and check Slovakia. Mohammad the prophet of Islam, peace be upon him, changed the ancient world form ignorance to knowledge, from darkness to the light of Allah. Mohammad, the prophet of Islam, peace be upon him, abolished racism when he said; o people your God is one, your forefather Adam is one; a black man is not better than a white man, and a white is not better than a black except in piety. He is the prophet of Islam to humanity.
