Well, there goes five percent of my Spanish vocabulary, right there!

It seems that my humors are in imbalance, as they would have said in the Fifteenth Century. An excess of bile, probably. At any rate, I have been very negative lately here and that is not my normal modus operandi.

So, I will be taking a leave of absence—going on hiatus, if you will. (Not that I have any students to worry about, but that’s another matter…) It simply means you won’t see my smiling, or grimacing, face around here for a while. And I shall return, insh’Allah, but I am not sure when.

When I do, I intend to be at least a bit more positive.
