Do you want to learn few vegetarian dishes, please tell me here and your preferred time, I will try to make a class then |
not me |
I’m not a vegetarian but it would be cool to know some dishes. |
*lc (little chuckl) i’m a part-time vegetarian….and i 2nd melinda’s comment. will the class be free, superpass, or a straight fee? |
I am like you jamila, I am a part-time vegetarian…..i like beef and chicken too much lol |
I’m Vegan :) |
“part-time vegetarian” I won’t mind surviving as a Vegan but think it will take more knowledge than I have. I see little reason right now to change my diet which might have other health-related repercussions caused by the stress I’d put my body through by changing my diet, not vegetarianism itself. (My Dr seconds my feelings on this one) |
I am Vegan also :) |
i wish i could be a vegan but……i just love meat i dont really understand vegetarians though….how do they do it? i mean what do they eat at Christmas and stuff….tuff people |
I would be interested in a class to learn some recipes. |
I used to be a vegetarian for 8 years….but I crossed over to the dark side 2 years ago. |
I am an (organic/cruelty-free) vegetarian and proud for 4 years in a row!!! :D I swerve in and out of veganism and a vegetarian version of the paleolithic diet through out the year, but there’s no meat or gelatin in my diet :D |
It must be so strange not eating meat. I might try doing it for a week and see if it makes me happy for just really hungry |
I’ll admit it’s hard for me to stomach dead protein that isn’t fish/seafood. Most of the times I try eating beef, I think too hard, immediately lose my appetite, and stop eating. It must be a mental thing for me or something. I finally was able to stomach chicken as of about half a year ago, but I think I’m slowly becoming afraid of it again! Pork, for some reason, is just something I absolutely will NOT go near, and I feel guilty about eating lamb and veal. Am I just mental? |
We are all mental to some degree (note the double meaning). I can’t handle the thought of veal or shellfish myself. I prefer chicken and fish but when beef or pork is the only reasonable choice I’ll go for it. |
You guys are making me feel like some kind of heartless nutter. I’ll eat anything really….to be honest I really should be fat as hell I mean I eat so much but I go running but the thing that I love the most is lamb. |
I’m a vegan, and I’m a lazy bachelor. I get most of my recipes at vegweb.com. They are an amazing resource for great, healthy vegan and vegetarian recipes. |
If anyone is interested in nutrition and the meat industry, this is a great book! click here |
@Lauren W It was totally a mental issue for me initially which made me become vegetarian and vegan. Now though I very much appreciate the health aspects of my diet and would have possibly chosen this route anyway. I think you just have to do what works for you. I used to get sore throats constantly but since I became vegan, they disappeared. I also suffered with asthma for years but now I only ever get a problem if I am in a bad environment. @Susmita! I hope we have not taken over your thread!! Your class looks amazing! |
This is the book that made me cross over to vegetarianism. Click here |
I’ve been vegan for a while, vegetarian after and now I eat fish sometimes, but basically I’ve been a vegetarian for 15 years now and it has never been hard for me. I would be definately interested in vegetarian recipes, Susmita. I personally don’t think there is a ‘right’ nutrition style that suits everyone, it totally depends on the individual…. I would not be able to deprive myself of things I cannot do without, life is already hard, so I could not be a vegetarian if I would like meat so much…. |
im a vegetarian and i would rly like to know new dishes |
