I never did start again on Wednesday….
You see, my 30 day 5:00am waking schedule ended (completed successfully with no days missed by the way), and when that stopped I didn’t really have a good time slot to do it. I’ll have to think about starting it back up again….

I have no idea where I’m at in number of days, nor do I care. I just know that this thread inspired me to see what I can do. I do as many pushups as I can when I wake up, when I go to bed, and add a few more every couple of days. I’m now at 40 pushups twice a day (one set each).

My doctor told me to only go until my arms (biceps) were parallel to the ground and going further would put too much strain on a body. Since an older body doesn’t heal as fast as it once did, caution is a wise decision IMHO.

I started over at Week 3, trying to go almost all the way down on each pushup, which was really hard, but I got through Weeks 3 and 4 again. I was about to do my exhaustion test to start Week 5, but I found that I had injured my wrist in the last few days, either from excessive typing, or bowling, or both, and couldn’t do a pushup. It really hurt. I am waiting for that to heal before I continue. :(
