Hey guys, I’ve just read about the bridal shower… To be honest, I don’t know how one is organized offline, but I see you mentioned food and music… Count me in, these are two of my favourite things! (in this order!)

So… Friday, October 10… What about the hour? How about creating a list of timezones for the people who will join, so we can see if we can come up with something suitable for everybody?

First of all, a time that is most convenient for Vicky… it’s her party after all! :)

Sandra, there are still things to put together. This will be a first time event.

Brandi, Esen, Vicky, Debbie, and hoefully you too can come up with ideas and agree on time, and so on.

And we also need Jon B’s approval hint..hint…

If we can’t use the eduFire platform (but I do hope Jon will allow us to! hint, hint!) we could do it on Skype!

We can’t possibly share real food, so I suggest everybody should bring in their own food and show it to the other participants. In this way we will be eating together even if we can’t eat the same food! Maybe we could each have a traditional plate from our countries?

But we can definitely share music! Maybe Vicky can tell us what she prefers so that we can dedicate the music to her?

What holidays??

Thanksgiving (American).. Hannukah… Christmas.. Kwanza.. New Years.. and I’m sure i’m missing some.. you know.. the celebrations we all take part in during the Fall/Winter months.. the holidays.. =)

Can’t wait for Christmas music.. there’s a radio station here that plays it non-stop, all day long from Thanksgiving all the way thru to Christmas.. =)

Suggestion – if you want a response from Jon, try sending him a private message. He’s pretty busy and tries to check the forums as much as possible – but – we all talk so much how could the poor man possibly keep up with us? :)
