Group Story writing

Hey people!!! I have an idea…in spanish we have something caled “cadaver exquisito”…these are stories written in groups by people who don’t meet…kinda like us…
So…I was thinking we might do something like that…maybe start one in english and if it hits off good maybe start some others in different languages for tutors and students of those languages. The idea is for people to participate.
So, this is the drill: Soemone writes and opening paragraph, then soemone else adds a few lines following the story, someone else adds a little bit more and so it goes until one day, the story takes us to an end…or not…everybody can add a character, a scenery and anything they want. It’s supposed to help with grammar practice and develop writing skills while using your imagination and having fun.

Let’s see how many people sign up for this and we’ll start right away.

Well I am on Infamous Hogwarts which is under maintenance right now because we have a few admins who are going a bit crazy. There I am the Headmaster and the Head of the Order of the Phoenix as Leonardo Jakob Wulfric Millhouse. Then My friend and I are building our own site currently. It’s called The Forbidden Corridors and will be online soon enough. What about you?

I don’t RPG due to lack of time, but I’v watched all 5 movies about ten times each and have read all books at least twice, I’ve even cried over them…lol
I am now decided to uncover the secrets of magic and wizardy in the real world, so I’m readin about 5 different books on spells and potions at the same time.
Whenever you want to, we can start our story writing, and of course it should involve wizardy, magic and all that stuff we all seem to love.

OK people…The show has just begun… Kurt just wrote the opening to our story… go to http://edufire.com/forums/1/topics/516 and read it… its great…let’s see who follows up on it… I’ll add a piece tomorrow morning (my morning)… so there’s time until then for someone else to add something else… it’s got teenagers, magic, war… seems its heading to a good place!!!!

Hi Susan and Kurt! I don’t think we met before in the forums, so: nice to meet you! :)

I don’t do role playing, but I love literature (including fan fiction!) so… I’m definitely in! I’m going streight to the story! :) And I’ll see what I can contribute! :)

It’s nice if it has magic in it (yes, I read all the Harry Potter books… and yes, wept a little at the end of ‘Half Blood Prince’… and at the very end as well), I could even help with a few spells in correct Latin! :))

Ok, I just read the story so far, it sounds promising! :) Very Harry Potter based, though, but that’s fine with me!

I don’t have much inspiration right now (it’s 3 am after all… whooops!) but I’ll write a few paragraphs in the next days. :)
