One method for fluency…. use a simple conversation with 2-4 lines per person.
e.g. Person A: Where are you going? Person B: Over to the store. Why?
A: You have a class in an hour. B: I know. But I’ll be back soon.

a) Read through the conversation. b) Repeat the conversation by looking at the sentence, covering it and then saying it (while looking at the other person). c) repeat again but change one item in the conversation (e.g. the class was cancelled) d) try the conversation with no book (Role play). Hope this idea helps. :)
