Hi Valentina! I can find out for you but it will probably be quicker for you if you send a message to someone who has already done this. I will check back here so let me know if you need me to find out for you. Thanks :)

I can tell you how to do it, but unfortunately, I’m not at home at the moment. :) Give me about 2 hours, and I’ll post how to do it. It’s surprisingly easy, just so you know. :)

Eep, sorry that was a bit more than two hours, but here goes:

- Log in to gmail and then click on “Calendar” at the top left of the page to access your calendar like you normally would.
- On the left side of the page, there is a section called “My Calendars” with a list of your calendars in it. Most people willl only have one calendar here.
- Across from this calendar name, there is a little arrow drop-down button that you can click on. Do so.
- From the menu that pops up, choose “Calendar Settings.”
- On the page that comes up, look for the section that says “Embed this calendar.”
- Across from this, there’s some HTML that you can copy and paste if you want, but you can also customize the look of the calendar too by clicking the link above it that says “Customize the color, font, and other options.”
- If you do use the links, then a new page will open, with some other options to let you adjust the look of your calendar. It will also have the updated HTML at the top that you can paste into your profile as well.

Hopefully this helps. If you need a better explanation, let me know. :)

One other thing I should mention: you may need to make your calendar public. There’s an option to do that. I’ll get back to you on that one.

Thanks for your help , but i specific need to know where “paste” html code.
Is there any section to edit with html my profile?

See you

Valentina, the only section you can really paste the HTML into is the “About me” box in your profile here on eduFire. It doesn’t matter where you paste it in, but I prefer mine somewhere near the bottom below the other info I type in. It’s up to you, but the “About me” is the only place to put it.

Hope this helps!

Took me a while to get this right, a width of 520 seems to fit perfectly into the space for the calendar. In case its helpful to anyone :)

Excellent. I played around with it for a while, but I eventually just left it alone. Thanks Ron. :)

Thank you for the help. I just had the time to get to it, and I am hoping it will help students find a perfect time slot for their classes without having to negotiate it for days.
Gracias Steven, eres maravilloso!!
