Bonjour à tous les profs de français inscrits sur le site !

I had a look recently at Henrique’s posts in the forum talking about creating a sort of association of tutors specialized in "la langue de Cervantès "

Why couldnt’we imagine something similar for " la langue de Molière" ??

We are a certain number of professional instructors with qualifications and great teaching experience listed with Edufire, so would it be unthinkable to strenghthen our energy via a group instead working as individuals ? (Needless to say I am referring to real pros offering their help with paid classes, not freebies providers…)

I do believe UNION means strength.

Let’s put aside all idea of being a competitor among all the others, let’s work together…

The number of potential students wanting to learn or develop their language ability is GREAT, so we should be able to decently work all of us…..

This is just an idea, I don’t have something like a B plan in my head, but I think we should have a thought about it.

What about your opinion ?

Cordialement à tous !

JM

Bonjour Jean-Marie,

I am a French tutor and I DO support your idea!

May I suggest to create a group such as “French tutors” on Edufire for all of us where sharing our ideas in French?

I’d love too, and you?

Cheers from Marseille,

Katia

Jean-Marie,

I am a new tutor on edufire and realize that you may quickly consider me to be one of the “freebie” and unexperienced providers. However, I do have tutoring experience and love the idea of a french tutors “coalition”. I’ve really enjoyed the last two years working as a french tutor to a lot of wonderful people (and been paid for it). Just wanting to offer my support of the idea!

I think I noticed Enrique’s group has its own Twitter identity and that tweets all the Spanish classes. You could do the same for French. I wish my French was good enough to join you.
Bonne chance :)

@ Anthony,

You are more welcome to join the group of French instructors, whether they are mother tongue or not.

From your profile, I wouldn’t put your services in the category of freebies providers (mentioning that in my message, I assure everybody that I had no kind of despise for people offering free classes on the web…. it is just that we don’t play in the same yard !)

( y totalmente de acuerdo con Henrique ! Hola compañero ! )

I want to congratulate you for your real interest in “la langue de Molière”, a wrongly reputed idiom for being rather difficult to learn.
Yes, I agree it can be difficult to catch for some people, but if a learner has a good and experienced tutor who knows well his subject, and really cares about the student’s goal, it is not more difficult compared to others (Russian, Japanese or Chinese…..

@ Mair,

Many thanks for supporting our “…..noble cause "
I wish we had more French experts interested in creating a "FROG CLUB
