Well, not quite disappearing, but it got your attention, right?

I just wanted to update all the tutors on a separate payment snafu… well, not really a snafu, because you still get paid (around 25 days earlier than normal, in fact!), but something that has caused confusion and has been figured out and fixed for next month.

When SuperPass payments go out on the 5th of the month, you are actually getting paid for the 1-5 dates. The rate per student is correct, it’s just the system is grouping these days into your SuperPass payments, which means that your payment for last month will be from July 5 – August 5, and not July 1 – July 31, as it states. In the previous month of course you got paid for July 1-5 on the 5th of July.

So, hopefully that explains some of the confusion we’ve been having. It’s been fixed, and next month you’ll get paid for August 5-31, and the month after that will be September 1-30, back to how it’s supposed to be.

So even though the payment amounts for the missing classes don’t show up on last month’s or August’s payments we’ll still be getting payed for them? How should we be able to tell how much we should be getting?
