Hi Everyone, I’m Scott, one of the engineers here at eduFire. Due to a glitch in the eduFire software, for any classes that show this problem, the teacher for the class needs to edit the class and reselect the date and time for any classes created today from roughly 10:00 am eastern to 6 pm eastern. Anything created outside of that window will be fine. Our apologies for this issue. |

Hello Scott! I have a question…. Could this glitch also be responsible for HTML code not working on class pages as well? I have a class page that has simple HTML code to change font colors in certain areas. Yesterday the code worked fine but today some of the code actually works in some areas but does not work in others. I was wondering if the two can be related. |

Hi Ron, They’re related in the sense that we made a fairly hardcore change to our back-end framework today; some of the dependent pieces (such as TimeZone handling and text formatting) had internal changes that did not surface during our extensive testing. The text formatting issue should be fixed at this point. If you still have a class description that’s not appearing as intended, could you please post the link here so we can follow up on it? - Jared |
