Hi, I wanted to announce my new website, Strategies for Victory. I posted in The Fireside Chat as well so I’ll keep this brief but, this has been a long time in coming; I needed a central headquarters for all my tutoring plans and a platform for podcasts and other content as circumstances require. I’ve also remodeled my tutor profile page a little. Now I can focus on content and promotion; I’ve been neglecting Twitter a lot while I’ve hammered out these details. I have plans for a future upgrade for this site too but, for now, simple and straight to the point serves best. Besides, I don’t want piecemeal upgrades; I want to get everything ready before doing a 2.0 version with images for navigation, more ancient-looking backgrounds, etc etc. |

Nice job! Probably a good strategy, too, starting simple and upgrading later; you can export the site out of Gogle Sites at some later point, but those Google sites can be nice — and quite handy for organizing material. |

The organizing is important because I’ll be adding sections as I go; careful adjustment of the site map and navigation will stay very easy and natural…. |

Congratulations on your first website! Logical and very strategic of you to come up an idea like this. It is great! |

I’m working on implementing podcasting. I understand that podcasts require a server…. I wonder what counts as one? |
