I have flash player 10.5 (I think is the latest) and I can’t sign into the classroom. I have used my edufire username email address and used edurfire as the password. Why can’t I log in?

Also my student told me they paid via Paypal for the lesson. How can he get his money back since we couldn’t do a lesson.

Sorry you had problems with your session. I need more information as to why you couldn’t log into your classroom. If it said that the username or password was incorrect then that isn’t flash related but you need to just click the ‘forgot password’ link and have yourself sent a new one.

I have processed a refund for your student.

Thanks, it just happened again. My student rebooked another lesson with me and again I can’t get into the class room. I get the message that the username or password is incorrect.

I see in your first message here that you mention using ‘edurfire’ as the password for the classroom.
The correct password is
edufire

Marco, I think I worked out what the problem is. I selected ‘forgotten password’ as you suggested and I found that I could enter the classroom after a few more attempts and using the password edufire.Though I was 20 mins late getting into my classroom. If I started the lesson 20 mins late, would the classroom cut off on the hour or would it calculate 1 hr from the time I entered the classroom.

Glad you sorted it out ok :) Don’t worry about the cut off time as running over an hour is fine so starting 20 mins late but going on for an hour would keep you in the classroom just fine.
