I set up a tutoring session and got an email with links to test my system. It told me I needed to upgrade my Flash and then I did that and it still says to upgrade. When I click on the link to test my Flash it says that I have the latest version. I am using Firefox 2.0 and I have version 9,0,115,0 installed of Flash. Never mind! It works with Safari. Argghhh browsers! |

Hi, Liz! I hope you got your Mac working okay on eduFire. I have had four successful tutoring sessions using my Mac (OS 10.4 Tiger and OS 10.5 Leopard) and Firefox 2.0.0.14 without a hitch. Chris |

Interesting…that version of Firefox keeps telling me to update my Flash even though I already have. I have been using Safari for any tutor sessions, although it is not my preferred browser. My Mac is OS 10.5. Not too worried about it, but I left the post in case anyone else has the same problem. |

Thanks for posting this Liz. I’m on a Mac as well and haven’t had any problems. It might be an issue with Firefox not recognizing your version properly? |

My hubby just fixed it. Must have been something with my flash, even though I’ve never had issues before. Anyway, instead of using the flash update link in the browser he got a fresh download of Adobe Flash Player and now it works. |
