Can we get open a session, but not holding a class or anybody sitting in class… so we could mess with the features at our pace and get used to them?

Caro, the platform is not left open all the time unless there is a session scheduled. Usually a new tutor will have a tutorial session with Marco or Yulia Knottenbelt and that is the time in which you play around with the program and learn the in’s and out’s. If you have not been contacted yet and would like to schedule a time you can message one of them to set that up.

I have, but I can’t guarantee any meetings right now, so I told Yulia to wait till I’m settled in next week.

As soon as you’re ready Caro let either Yulia or me know, as Laura said, and we’d be more than happy to help. It needs to be one of us otherwise the system will generate an invoice.

yes marco has been helping all of us to use the system, at the beginning i was very ignorant in using the platform, but after 2 sessions with marco, now i am very confident and use the platform and the system perfectly, thanks marco and edufire members
