Hello,

I am taking a group class and am having problems viewing Japanese characters in the Note and Chat windows, but can see them in emails and in the Whiteboard windows. How do I fix this problem?

Dana, in my experience this is usually browser related. The fonts are installed on your computer it seems as you can see them in emails etc.

Can you try a different browser, or, go into the Options of your current browser and set the Default Options.
