Hello all I just finished a session and when i tried to pay I got the follwing error message on the paypal website: "Error Detected The certificate has expired. Please use a valid certificate." Not sure why this is happening but I’ll try again tomorrow. |

Ah ha! I did this too. I bet you’re trying to use a coupon code? When using a coupon code, you have to type it in when leaving feedback for the instructor (there’ll be a spot there). If this isn’t the problem, then I’ve got no idea what the answer is :( |

Hello again I am not using a coupon code. I’m clicking “my edufire” on the top of the page. Then I click the “pay now” with a heart next to it. It brings me to the paypal website and I get that strange message from before. Am I doing anything wrong? I’ve payed for sessions before and never had this message appear. Hi, I have the exact same problem. I just had a session and can’t pay with paypal, the same error message comes up. I loggined into my paypal account and it is just fine. Please fix this issue so I can pay my tutor. Thanks. |

Hi Folks, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It appears that our public certificate used in generating invoices had indeed expired. It has been replaced with a valid, current certificate, and all the affected invoices have been re-generated with this new certificate. In other words, things are back to normal, and sessions can be paid for once again. Thank you all for your patience! Regards, |
