I am registered on edufire as a student. About 8 hours ago i registered to teach. Followed all instructions, writing a lengthy pienc about me and what tuition I was offering. Well it isn’t there. Nor is there a blue, edit my profile tag. If i click profile at the bottom of the page it goes to my student profile. How do i fix this issue?

Hmmmm….. I’m not a web expert, but my guess is that the problem you’re facing may have someting to do with the major site update that is happening today…. (and that will also affect profiles).

I know this doesn’t help, but hang in there and I know someone more qualified will help you soon! (the eduFire tech guys are fantastic!) Hope everyting will be solved for you!

I think part of the issue is the cookies you have. May I suggest (for anybody that has a student and tutor profile) that you log out of one account then close down your browser before opening back up again and logging into your other account.

Then you will be able to Edit your profile and add information and a picture. If you need any help about this please let me know by sending me a message.
