Hi Edufire, one of my tutors requires pre-payment and I recently found a bug in your system. There were two classes I signed up for but did not end up taking. However, the billing request remained on my page as if she had actually taught me these classes. The billing request should not appear because we never had these classes. Hey Daniel, If you could have the teacher of these classes send me an e-mail (not that I don’t trust you, but it’s good to make sure) to confirm this I’ll pull the billing off the system. Do you know if the teacher joined the classroom at all, or did nobody join the session at all (will help to fix the bug!) Anyways, e-mail is koichi@edufire.com |

Hi Koichi, me and my teacher never logged in. The bills are gone now. Thanks. I hope I will learn Japanese from you someday. My grandparents were fluent speakers. |

Hi Daniel, We had identified (and patched) a situation where invoices generated for prepaid classes and prepaid tutors were not getting removed in a timely fashion. We took the time to go through all of our canceled sessions and remove any unpaid invoices associated with those sessions.
