That system of pm and am is always confuses me , can’t you do it in 24 hour format , there are lots of people from Europe using 24 hour format , i think that it will be great |

Hi Mirac! You could always put this on the idea board to see how popular your idea would be. |
Well, I’ve already put this on the Idea Board some time ago….. It’s here – vote vote vote! :D |
So you did!! :) |

Would be a neat idea, because in Canada we also use the 24 hour system (especially on the French side)…. I’m always confused between 12:00am and 12:00pm (which one refers to midnight and which one refers to noon?)…. I have to think hard…. when I see/hear 8:00pm, I automatically add 12 hours in my head! And I think Americans would understand this system easily (they know about it, airline companies, army and many others use that 24 hour system) |

12am is midnight. :) Thanks for the ideas! Keep ’em coming. |

Ermm……Mandarin tutors will be more familiar with am and pm as we don’t tell time using the 24 hour system.:D But anything will be fine, its just a matter of getting used to it. Cheers! |

Well, I think making the 24 hour versus am/pm thing should be based on the preferences of the person. For me personally, I would hate it if we did the 24 hour thing. |

I’m a firm believer in the advantages of using the 24 hour clock, and I have used it most of my working life. You certainly have my vote. |

I am definitely open to having a choice. |
But it will be great if we can choose it in our preferences. Please do it :) |
