Could you please cancel my student’s invoice. The class was scheduled at 10.00pm EST February 28. He had audio problems so I asked him to turn his mic OFF then ON. When that didn’t work I suggested that he leave the classroom and then re-enter. After 1 hour he had still not re-appeared.

He had previously written to say that there are power failures and internet problems in Myanmar at the moment that are expected to improve by next May.

The same student was unable to get into the classroom last week due to internet problems.

I’m having a similar problem, can someone help me with cancelling a student’s invoice? We had a time mix-up and now he’s stuck with an invoice he shouldn’t need to pay.
