For some reason I see the same two students signed up for the same class over and over. I know they don’t want to do it again. Can someone please look into this ? The class is 30 minutes Italian and the students are Cheryl and MaryAnn.

Claudia, once a student signs up to a class, he/she signs up to ALL the lessons of that class…..unless they DROP out.

Cheryl and MaryAnn are the only students signed up.

Enrique’s spot on! You’ll have to ask them to drop the class from their “my eduFire” page.

This confuses a lot of people. A class consists of many different days if you set it up that way. You set this class for quite a few days throughout the month, so therefore the students you have on that page will be enrolled in the class on all those days. What I would recommend doing is one of the following:
1) sending those students a message asking them to drop out of the class (as they mentioned above)
2) Send those students a message—Contact Participants—- and tell them to sign up for the alternate class. Then, you can make another class and only set the class to last a few days or one day…. whichever you intended for this class. You can then clone this class (Clone Class) and so other students can do this course. Does that make sense? And then ask Marco to delete this class.
