I pressed on Join now to see if the Pay now option would have shown in a further part of the process. |

Marzia, I thought the Pay now button appeared 2 hours before class starts…. well, maybe it’s a bug similar to the one regarding reminders…. they always say: you have a class starting in two hours…. except that most of the time I get these reminders 30 minutes before class! :D |

Marzia, this happened to me several weeks ago. I thought I had already paid for a particular class so I simply clicked the “Join Now” button and attended the class without a problem. It turns out, however, that I had NOT paid so I did that through my edufire page a few days later. I hate that the instructor would have had to wait for her payment but it was an honest mistake on my part. I hope, though, that eduFire will correct this problem so that intrsuctors receive their payment in a timely fashion. Also, I’m still waiting to hear back on this situation — A class I was scheduled to take was cancelled by the teacher but I still have the “pay now” button on my edufire page. I hate this because I know that eventually I will accidentally click on it while trying to pay for the prepaid class I’m taking with Koichi. I wish eduFire would get rid of it! |

If any of you have invoices (Pay Now buttons) for classes you didn’t take for whatever reason please let either me or Koichi know and we will get rid of them. We need the teachers name and date of the session. Thanks. |

What if we avoid to pay a lesson that we are attending? |

@Marco….I sent an e-mail a several days ago and have not received a response. Japanese Kanji for Beginners w/Beki Sena (April 12) was cancelled yet I still have the “pay now” button. I have already paid for How to Remember Characters w/Judith Meyer (April 5) but the “pay now” button is also still there. Hope this helps in lieu of a direct e-mail. Thanks. |

@marzia, very incisive question, it’s what I was thinking also! |

Shiira, your invoice has been deleted. :) Marzia, I’m not entirely understanding your question. If a student registers for a class the Pay Now button always appears unless the teacher or other student gave the individual a link direct to the class. What circumstances is the Pay Now button not appearing? Let me know so we can investigate. Thanks. |

Marco, the Pay Now button appeared AFTER the Join now. Wren requires pre-payment for her classes, if I am not wrong, therefore this issue shouldn’t definitely appear. If the situation is still not clear enough, please make me some precise questions. I was venting…. as there are problems and buttons can appear late…. what if the pay now button never appears? I think it could happen. |

Ok I see what you’re saying Marzia. I’ll definitely look into it though in terms on non-payment, it really isn’t an issue. People do generally pay and we can see who has and hasn’t paid. I’ve never known the Pay Now button not appear when it was supposed to. Though we seem to be drifting into a hypothetical situation, which is fine, but as yet not a cause for concern. Thanks for bringing this up. |

Same issue tonight. Wren classes are prepaid, the Join Now button shouldn’t appear before paying with the Pay Now button. But the Pay Now Button wasn’t there when I entered. |
Is it me?!?! :D |
It seems so! :) |
I’ll look into it |

Thank you Marzia san and our Super hero Marco! |
Don’t know about Super Hero but the tech team are looking at it, they are the Super Heroes. :) |
Thank you eduFire tech team!! FYI- Super heroes never take credit ;) |
It’s a bug when the Join Now button appears for a small amount of time. Hence the tech guys going to fix it. As Marzia said though, we can still see who has paid and who hasn’t, but after the team fix it it’ll be sorted. Thanks for the feedback. |

I want a bug finder badge! |

Remind me Marzia and I’ll get one slapped on your profile :) |

Ok, I will bother you every now and then until I won’t get it! :D |
You’ll get it ;) |

Same thing happened to my class today: i don’t know if my students paid or not (how can i find out?). |

Hi guys, thought I will not be joining this post. But one of my students from http://edufire.com/classes/1344-beginners-1b-hindi-conversational-class told me in the class that she forgot to pay until it was too late. But she was able to come in without paying. The Join Now link was active even though she didn’t pay for the class. I have great students and I would rather have her in the class if she forgot to pay since I know she will take care of it later but this feature definitely is not working properly for prepaid classes |
