Yesterday I had a Dutch session with one of my students. Normally I could copy the chats and session notes for my student and send it by email (because he cannot do it by himself). But yesterday it didn’t work. Did something change? What can I do the next time?

I wonder if it was a bug in the connect platform. Sometimes just making the window size bigger / smaller to refresh it can fix little things like this.

Another thing you can do is click on the little “cog” button and choose the option to e-mail notes to yourself, at which point you can then forward it along to your student that way.
