Hi all! I should be in a class now, teaching Spanish, but although I entered the class platform as usual, when it seems to be ready, there is just one “window” saying “The template you are looking at is the one we use if the default template feature is not working.”. No window chat, video or students. Nothing but that window. Is is happening to anybody else??? Angeles. |

Ok, I finally was able to add the necessary pods so that I could contact my student. She was there, and she understood the situation. So, I understand that, for some reason, all my “Pods” disappeared, but I don’t know why! Has this happened to anyone else? Best. |

Thanks Enrique! So, in case anybody else is having this problem, what I did was going to “Pods” (on the menu) and add the chat, video, etc…. That way I was able to talk with my student. ¡Gracias, Enrique! |

I’ve had two messages about this today…. so we definitely need to get to the bottom of it. In the meantime…. everything still works. It’s just the template(s) that have a fault. So if anyone gets this, just go to the ‘Pods’ menu and open all the necessary pods e.g.: Will investigate |

True! And I had the same problems with the other students. I followed Marco instruction and was able to create the virtual classroom mylsef :D However, it was not possible to download documents from my computer. Please, let me know if you have fixed the problem or message me as soon as you’ve fixed everything. Thank you in advance from myself and my students! Katia |

When I enter the classroom there are no pods at all. Two of my students weren’t able to enter the class. We had to have the class on Skype. |

@Ximena. I’ve had the same problem. You have to open the pods manually. |

But the student couldn’t enter the class either :( He gave up. |

I had a lesson today at 4:15pm but eduFire was working so slowly it was almost impossible to get into the classroom. When my pupil and I did finally manage to get in (it took about 5 minutes from my side), there were no pods. |

Can those that experienced the template issue copy and paste the class url in this thread please. |

Mine was a 1:1 session, not a class – 4:15pm UK time on Thursday. |
