Dear edufire staff,
I want to change my password, not reset, how can I do it?
I found it is not easy to find information in your website.
For instance, I entered ‘reset password’ in the search and click the Go! button and find no answer.
I tried to go to forum but there are different category, so I don’t know where I should put my search…Welcome, Talk with edufire, so I just tried this ‘Talk with edufire’ topic…
I tried to find it in box, still no…
I tried to find it from Profile/Account, no…
Would you consider the change the design and make ‘information search’ more direct or user friendly so that a new user like me don’t have to send email and wait for answer? It is not only time consuming to look for solution for such a typical technical question, it just increases your support’s load…Just a friendly suggestion…
Thanks

Hi North,
If you follow one of the links to edit your profile (there’s one located on your dashboard just under your name) and scroll to the bottom of that edit page, you should see a field to change your password. Just type in the new password you’d like to use, and click on “Save!”
