Hi guys,

I tried to review some recorded sessions of classes I have taken but my access was blocked. I got a message telling me I had no authorization to view the session. Suggestions anyone? Thanks!

Hope they can fix this soon… It is now letting you into the back end of adobe connect but it still won’t let you view recorded files.

Hi Supriya! Is this a one to one private session or a class (with other students) that you cannot view?

Thanks Supriya. Did you see the class itself OK on your ‘my eduFire’ page? What message did you get when you tried to view the recording?

Hi Supriya :) OK go to your ‘My eduFire’ page again and click on ‘Sessions’ and then click on ‘past’. Do you see the one to one session now? Can you play the recording?

I have been having problems accessing the recorded sessions, as well.

I spoke to Adobe Tech Support today and they said that they had certain maintenance done on their website previously and this may have been the cause of this issue. According to the rep, in order to resolve this, the Edufire Admin (Jon) has to delete and then re-add us (students) again as regular users with an assigned password and that would be all that is needed to do. Tech support also said that they would even reenter all of the students for Edufire on their behalf, if they wanted assistance with this process. Ashish, the tech support representative was positive that this was the solution. I just sent an email to Jon. Anyways, I’m assuming that there might be something a little bit more complex on edufire’s side concerning this process, but hopefully there will be more open dialogue about this, so we can see if this will be resolved quickly or not.

Give ‘em a break…it’s the weekend… not all services are available with the top people…. We’re all anxious! I’m still attending classes and hoping that they will later be available. I must say though that the class I joined Superpass for was Ron’s and Jon’s. and had I known that they would not be available for viewing even though I paid Superpass I would have either not attended at all or tried to use the perclass payment method… They were the only classes I was interested in that were for pay. Both were listed as Superpass so I thought what a great value. They are a great value to me …only if I can review them again and again and with the situation as it is, I can’t review….. so the amount of material that I have been able to retain from the one time viewing is minimal… also when I was attending I didn’t know that I was not going to be able to see them again so I didn’t take notes the first time. I wanted to participate and taking notes is distracting.
I would like to know is there a way to retroactively pay on a per class basis for those classes? I really want the material and at this point the Superpass is of no value to me.
