Oh dear…. it was working so well! I just tried to access the recording of Benvenuti! 1B 27 October and I got the familiar “You are not authorized….” message. :(

Hey Joyce,

As far as we know it has all been resolved as nobody has reported further issues. Really sorry if you are. You are definitely being told that you don’t have authorization to view the recording? Or is it another message.
