logging into class again

Hello,

my browser just crashed during a class. When I had restarted the browser and got back to the web site, I wasn’t able to enter the class again (the link was missing). Is this a general problem or is it the decision of the tutor to close the class at some point?

once that happens again, and it does happen sometimes, the best thing you can do is to email the tutor immediately and he will send you an invitation link, by which you will be able to enter the class, it happened to me before and that is how i let my student re-enter the class. good luck

Hi Martin. After a certain period, the “Join Now” link doesn’t appear on your dashboard anymore.

2 things you can do:

- If you are simply refreshing the classroom (for example: there is an audio issue going on), refresh the window.

-If your browser happens to crash, you can re-enter the classroom by searching for its link in your History. It should be one of the first links listed :)
