Firstly, when I try to open my dashboard on the clock, especially at 11 pm (I am in GMT+8), I always have problems and I will have to retry many times, maybe after 10 mins I will be able to open it and attend my class. For this, I guess it is because a lot of classes are starting on the clock and the webserver of edufire.com is that powerful to handle that many requests. Secondly, these two days, especially today(2009-10-22), I found it is not quite stable as even not on the clock, say 14:23, it would also be not accessible. Also I know some of my classmates and teacher also have encountered this kind of problem. I hope the IT guys of edufire can fix this. Thanks. |

I don’t think anybody has reported this Wang. I don’t experience the issues you describe. Does anybody else? |

I had a private session this morning , with a single student, and she was not able to enter the session. She paid, but could not find a way to get into the class , despite our emailing efforts. this was not necessarily a technical problem, maybe she could not find the proper “JOIN” button, I am still waiting for her feedback. I am wondering if she can have her money back, or if I can book a session or a class with her for free. |

@ Pierre-Alex I wonder if your student didn’t click on the the ‘sessions’ tab from the ‘my eduFire’ page as she may have stayed in the ‘classes’ tab in which case she would not have seen the ‘join now’ button. |
