I gave a class this morning. Everything went fine |

For me Adobe loads but mid way something happens to the audio. The talk button freezes and students are not able to hear me. Lot of time goes in this problem. This happens not only with me but all the students. Audio is needed a lot in my classes, any suggestions? |

I still have this issue. No, I don’t get an error message. It says I need to install something of adobe. But, It works fine sometimes, other times NO. I entered into a classroom this morning. And it was fine. I can enter a classroom. I just can’t upload anything. |

That’ll be the ‘Add-in’. Which computer are you on? ‘Lolita’ or the Toshiba? |

How was the uninstalling going on it? Keep going. After you have, uninstall the add-in and then try reinstalling it. If you need help message me. |

Agnes, I just checked it on the link you sent me. Everything is fine according to it. Let’s see what happens in my next class. In my last class, I couldn’t upload a PPT. In the class before that, I could. Its been like that….yes, no….yes, no |

Same thing today. My first class was fine. Now, I entered the second class, and I can’t upload my presentation. Audio and video are fine. |

Enrique, Another thought, what if you reboot your modem/router/PC before each class? I’m thinking maybe you’re filled a buffer somewhere. |

They are the same PPTs I’ve always used. |
|

I also had extreme problems with the classroom just now (7pm GMT). First Edufire was real slow and I couldn’t open the classroom in time, and when I had opened it, it took more than five minutes to upload a 200kb file. Also, my and my students’ voices were constantly cutting out, so that we had to resort to text chat. This really hurt the class. My theory is that the server is simply overloaded at certain times of the day. Enrique, can you confirm if there’s any link between time and problems? |

After 2 days of peace and quiet, the problem came back. Adobe is not loading well. |

Have you restarted Enrique? I just tried it and it was very responsive. |
