I have taken several classes on the platform and some have been paid some free. I participated in all of them. I really would like to be able to access and view the classes that I have taken . I am able to listen and take notes better if i have no distractions like late at night. So far the classes of Ron Smith and of Jon are not available for viewing…It says that i am not authorized? what does that mean? Please fix this
I really want to see them again!

Hello Alaia,

Free classes that have been recorded are easily available as recordings.
There seems to be some problem with the Superpass ones. These classes are available to the tutor but when the students try to view the recorded class they get the message that you have written above.

I too wish that this problem is resolved soon as many students want to view their recorded classes.

If the problem persists, I am going to make a separate video for my students but I will have to tack on a small charge for the video of the class. I don’t know how else to handle it. It seems that there is some issue about the teacher getting paid for the class if it is superpass. I don’t understand…. If the student registered and attended the class then the teacher is going to be paid anyway so I don’t get why the student can’t view the class again….Disturbing… Oh well… going to bed now… will think about it tomorrow!

You’re right Alaia, the issue still persists unfortunately. :( I know the developers are working at it constantly and it’s proving to be the one thing that has been really challenging.

I apologize, on behalf of eduFire, to all teachers and students. I can assure you that it’s something we’re taking extremely seriously.

As a ‘house-keeping’ note, I’m going to lock this thread and point everyone back to this thread so we keep everything in one place.
