After all one is known by the stuff he has. Isn’t he? Test preps are major areas of Edufire’s focus I suppose but unfortunately, the materials either in terms of articles or topics or flashcards are woefully inadequate. How does Edufire encourage its contributors? Does it give them a higher rating for contribution? Does Edufire give its Superpass teachers some extra weight because they come forward to be part of Edufire’s Tutor Brigade?. I presume Superpass Teachers are taking considerable risk, as their payments may be related to the number of participants and therefore the teacher has no means of knowing what his ultimate earnings will be and in addition he waits for a month to receive it. This is just a clarification I am seeking. |

Hi Narendan, Again with Superpass, it is up to the tutor to generate the volume of students that make Superpass profitable and to allow for the delay in payment when budgeting, and, yes, tutors do take a risk that a class may end up providing very little income, but there is a lot that can be done to minimise that risk. We are not considered ‘employees’ of eduFire but ‘users’ – eduFire provides the tools and keeps improving them to help us succeed, but then it is up to us to make successful use of them and by doing so to keep eduFire in business ….. I think this is a fairly accurate picture of how eduFire functions but I am sure some official eduFire reps will be along to put things straight if I am off beam :-) |

Thank you Mair, I see your point. I will keep it in mind, when I get into business. |

Mair is brilliant! She said it all. eduFire is committed to providing you the best tools to teach and listen to user feedback for constant improvement. What you do with those tools in terms of your teaching is largely up to you, as it should be. We want teachers to be completely autonomous in how they go about their work or hobby. |
