This is perhaps not really a bug, maybe a buglet or a quirk of the system but since I haven’t seen it discussed before, I thought I’d mention it: Because my French class was cancelled at the last minute, I decided to register in a one-session French class being offered at the same hour with plenty of open seats. The system allowed me to register at one or two minutes after the hour; however the class never appeared in my list so I had no way to enter the classroom. I have since learned that if you register after the class has already begun, you won’t be able to get in. But my question is, why does the system let me register in the first place? I have a feeling that the answer is that the system has no way to distinguish between single- and multi-session classes. Oh well, c’est la vie :) |

Thanks for the information Joyce. You’re right, if you were allowed to register then you should have had access. There is a cut off but then the Register button should disappear. I’ll get this looked into. Thanks again for bringing it to our attention. |

Hey Marco. I had that same issue today trying to get into your teachers orientation. I registered right at 3pm but when I attempted to Join the class I had no join option. My friend however was able to enter your class so I was able to listen to your session. I’ll be in Vals class tonight. |

I think it has always been like this Marco – there doesn’t seem to be anything in place to stop registration after the class has started, though it isn’t possible to get into the class after registering …. |

Yes I know, I’m putting in a technical ticket. Thanks! |
