Hey~ I am Kate (nick: Kanna, my parents thought it was pretty) 17 years old almost 18. I’m a new student learning Japanese, lookin out for cheap for [mostly]FREE[/really] classes, because I am poor…lol anyway…nice comunity here and I am looking for some friends also in their quest to learn Japanese.

Reason: I’ve always been around asians mostly Japanese people&friends and I’ve always admired their culture and ALOT of my family speaks the language.

I also always watched anime and listen to music, I’m not fluent but I would like to understand completly what I am listening too ^_…thats why I’ve decided to start from the beginning.

I’m pretty much like you, I watch tons of Japanese movies and listen to a lot of Japanese music and I don’t exactly understand them. And I’ve decided to learn how to read, listen & understand Japanese! (And wow, I realized we’re the same age too!)
