Hi everyone! I’m a new tutor here and I wanted to introduce myself. I know most people on this site work mainly in languages and academics, but there aren’t a lot of options for learning about more creative pursuits.

My main area of expertise is sewing. I can teach you to hand sew or do a project with a sewing machine. Anything from a quick pillow to a prom dress! Knowing how to sew your own clothes is a valuable skill, but unfortunately fewer and fewer people are learning. I’d be happy to teach anyone the basics or help them with a specific project.

I’m also a certified make-up artist and can teach basic beauty makeup, face painting for kids, or more complicated special effects makeup.

This is something apparently trivial but so feminine and I’d like to finally learn from a professional!

As a woman, I’d also be interested in a make-up class, especially light or day-time make-up.
